Cat Perez  (she / they) is the co-founder and CEO of Famm Connect, an invite-only social app where LGBTQ+ professionals and entrepreneurs can network, collaborate, and grow together. They believe in building inclusive, intentional, and collaborative spaces that empower people to support LGBTQ+ businesses year-round. The Famm Connect community has thousands of queer professionals and business owners connecting with intention, partnering, hiring one another, and more. 

With nearly two decades of experience in product, design, and technology, Cat has built a career around creating user-centered digital experiences that drive impact. Before Famm, they co-founded a social impact startup that helped millions of people access subsidized health coverage.

Outside of work, Cat enjoys photography (both digital and analog), baking (a skill honed during the pandemic), and getting out in nature. They live in California with their spouse and co-founder, Marianna Di Regolo, their kiddo, and two pups.
